Renascent worked with Bates Smart to deliver the working environment for award-winning creative advertising hotshop, Whybin/TBWA/Tequila. The fitout of the office, located in the heritage listed FL Barker Building in Sydney, was created and completed within a 12-week program.

The works in this project include a new reception area, staff breakout space, an open-concept office area as well as various meeting areas. The offices’ unique new fitout was designed to compliment the company’s branding and reflect the creative nature of the business. The new design consists of various partitions, custom light fixtures, as well as patterned rugs and furniture throughout.

Numerous challenges were faced and overcome, and the project was completed successfully and on time.
