When Walker Wayland (part of BKR International) decided to relocate premises they engaged Renascent on a manage + build agreement to construct their new 800m2 space.
The new environment was built to suit the culture of Walker Wayland, incorporating a mix of open office space and closed offices for partners. A high quality front of house area with a bespoke leather clad reception desk, feature screen and the inclusion of natural materials invites clients into their new space.
Full open client involvement was incorporated into the design, commercial management and programming. This collaborative approach enabled Renascent to successfully deliver the project on time, on budget and exceed client expectations.
