Renascent Australia radically reinvented Frasers Property Australia head office within Rhodes, transforming the 6 Star Greenstar, Silver WELL Rating, and agile hybrid office environment.

The open, flexible, and activity based design, accommodates higher staff levels within a diverse and open setting. The Wellness objectives were directed at promoting the health and well-being of Fraser Property employees, and are of equal importance to that of the Greenstar objectives.

In achieving the Wellness targets, the design focused closely at optimising air quality, ambient light levels, and the use of natural materials, and the incorporation of workspace flexibility, encouraging physical movement through inter-connecting spaces.

The contemporary office design proactively adopted high-end and environmentally conscious based solutions. For instance, the defit of the entire existing office fitout and the infill of the existing internal staircase, achieved a total of 96% recycling materials.

The works involved the installation of a 200m2 staircase penetration and the construction of the new Townhall space, polished concreate floors, new exposed ceiling services and, feature ceilings for the Townhall space. In addition, the acoustic construction consisted of external plywood and internal cork cladding, detailed joinery and upholstery, suspended joinery, internal trees and planting and, high finishes of the End of Trip Facilities. Incorporated into the built environment were sit to stand workstations and a high-end audio visual installation.

The new environment is designed to better reflect the brand of Fraser Property Australia which is founded on an open and unified culture.
