Renascent was responsible for a high-end fitout and refurbishment of the CBUS office, located within Casselden Place in Melbourne. The works spanned 2 floors and included an upgrade of the reception area, boardrooms, meeting rooms, offices and staff breakout space.
The works for this project involved a base building upgrade for the Landlord (ISPT) whilst integrating the fitout for CBUS. The project included the construction of an interconnecting stair between the two levels of the fitout. A key feature of this fitout and refurbishment is the extensive amount of timber finishes throughout.
This project required the constant management of all on-site activities to ensure the project was delivered on time and of high quality.
