The Calibre Property Group base building upgrade consists of three essential components.

Firstly, the removal of all existing tenancy fitout elements, followed by the refurbishment of the space, upgrade of services and restructuring of Level 3, which had previously been occupied by a law firm.

Secondly, the upgrade of the core amenity areas, including the lift, lobby and toilet facilities.

Finally, the upgrade of the external entrance to the building to allow for a DDA compliant entry, together with a new external paved area, and the works were completed with the hard and soft landscaping to allow the forecourt to be personable and inviting.

Overall, the Calibre Property Group was completed on time and to the utmost satisfaction of the staff and it’s guests.
