Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi is Japan’s largest bank and one of the world’s largest, with offices throughout Japan and in 40 other countries. The striking refurbishment and integrated multi-level fitout works did have its challenges, given the bank needed to remain occupied and operational throughout the development.

The works involved in the project included the demolition of the existing ceilings and services, prior to the installation of the new ceilings, services and fitout as well as the construction of an interconnecting stair over three levels. In addition, a banking chamber was fitted, and the relocation and expansion of the trading and communications rooms.

A successful project where challenges were overcome. The fitout and refurbishment works were delivered on time and highly welcomed by the client.
