Client Relationship Manager

The Role.

We are seeking a motivated Client Relationship Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Business Development Manager you will be joining a welcoming and supportive team that strives to always put the client first, uphold integrity and the highest degree of professionalism. This is a great role to continue the development of your personal and technical client service skills, and further your career within the construction industry.

The role is full-time, offering flexible working conditions, based in our Sydney office, with opportunity for growth and development within the business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, fostering trust, and driving client satisfaction to support the growth and success of the organisation.
  • Coordinate client meeting bookings, prepare documentation for meetings, taking appropriate meeting notes and follow up actions.
  • Liaise with clients to provide exceptional client service, by ensuring enquiries are addressed, general client correspondence is prepared and proactively identifying any issues.
  • Administration activities, including document management, record keeping, maintenance of data and systems, and ongoing database management.
  • Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to promote company services and expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring and retaining clients.
  • Implement strategies and initiatives to address client feedback and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

About you:

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • 2-3 years’ experience gained in a construction environment
  • Demonstrated experience with providing exceptional client service
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of administration systems
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team
  • Self-motivated regarding personal and professional development
